Bind My Wandering Heart 11x14

$52.00

Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing, one of my favorite hymns that I often sing within, and the Lord reminds me of. The heart of the issue is the issue of the heart! Oh, how I (we) wander at times. Proverbs 14:12 says, “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.” However, I am also reminded of the scripture in Romans 5:8 that says, “but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners,

Christ died for us.” It is His love that draws me back, comforts me and binds my heart to Him.

I have a large heart and a smaller heart with the words to the hymn printed on both. I chose to stich it across, tie yarn around it and bind it with fasteners. There is beauty to be found in the turning back depicted by the flowers. Enjoy!
