Jesus Wept 11x14

$52.00

On three occasions in the Bible, we are told that Jesus wept (John 11/Luke 19/Hebrews 5:5), but I am sure there were more. The shortest verse in the bible, yet one so long in depth and meaning. The background layer reads “Despised, Rejected, Afflicted and Sorrowful because He has been and still is to this day. It is recorded countless times in scripture, and as I meditated on that, tears welled up in my eyes and my heart was overwhelmed. Yet the tender ache of His heart and His sacred love for the lost knows no limits. Who has not wept tears of sorrow? Our Savior while in human flesh experienced humanity like us (Matt.8:17). He fully carried out “weep with those who weep.” (Romans 12:15b). He truly sees, hears, and He understands.
