Remnant 11x14

$52.00

I decided to depict it as a pie slice because the rings of a tree are a living document. History is record in the wood cells. They tell a story of growth, climate change, fire, drought, rainfall. Throughout the centuries God has always had a remnant- “What is left of a community after it undergoes a catastrophe.” (Anchor Bible). Despite what is going on today may we have continual peace. I used the Hebrew word Shalom because it means more than peace. It means completeness, soundness, welfare and peace. This is found in the Branch, Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah (Isaiah 11:1 & 37:21). Enjoy!
